Concept & approach
The installation turns real commuter data and live UK energy-grid data into an emotional, human-scaled story about energy use, rather than a conventional dashboard of grid statistics. Custom generative-AI language models produce hundreds of unique human "profiles", each implicitly tied to a facet of the day's energy data, displayed at the scale of Europe's largest indoor screen.

Shown continuously at London Euston station through 2024, timed to commuter footfall, with the piece's tone and imagery shifting across the day as new data comes in.
